Super Stars!
“Super Stars” is a 5’ x 8’ mixed media sculpture of the universe and beyond. 170 students with complex needs and teachers from Columbus City Schools Summer Experience 2025 co-created this community sculpture with the Super Art League. Each student painted their star inspired by what makes them Super. Your Super is that thing about you that is different than everyone else. It shines brightest when you are doing the things you are most proud of in terms of every day actions related to teamwork, friendship, and community. Twinkle twinkle Super Star, how I wonder who you are. All across the galaxies, shining bright for all to see. Twinkle twinkle Super Stars, shine together near and far.When we are being Super, we shine together and twinkle as ourselves.
