This 5-week Art program is made up of iterative classes that involve drawing, storytelling, movement, sculpting, and painting. These lesson plans are written for 45-minute classes that build upon each other in sequence. At the end of the program the students will have created their own 3-D Super Me sculpture ready for show. The theme of the Artwork is to explore how every day actions of teamwork, friendship and community building are considered Super. The 3-D Super Me sculpture amplifies what is uniquely Super about each student.
