Gabby the Giraffe 2019
9' x 5' 3D wooden sculpture mural
Gabby the Giraffe, a public sculpture, is a collaboration of 320 children building community together through Art. The painted spots represent the unique contribution of creativity from each individual. The image in the sun is a Girafficorn named Gesso. They (non-binary pronoun) are inspired by the Native Alaskan totem style to remind us of the work of ancestors that paved the way for the type of community we are now capable of building together.
This beautiful 3D collaboration has a permanent home and will proudly stand at the South Side Early Learning Center, here in Columbus Ohio!

Inky the Octopus, a public sculpture, is a collaboration of 144 children building community together through Art. The painted suction cups represent the unique contribution of creativity from each individual.
This beautiful 3D collaboration has a permanent home hanging proudly @ Ronald McDonald House Charities in Columbus, Ohio.
140 artists collaborated at our tent over this two day event to paint the suction cups for inky the octopus arms! The Super Art League Staff painted the body and the kid community was invited to become part of this art venture by painting the 3 to 5 inch round shapes. The results are a collaboration of epic size and among a community of epic talent. Thank you Franklinton Arts District!

Children will learn teamwork, friendship, and community.
Our goal is to introduce fun and enriching Art subjects that challenge youth to think about themselves, their projects, and their neighborhoods. This type of thinking builds cognitive skills that contribute to their success: concept development, problem solving, motor development and peer collaboration.
We make Art accessible to all children regardless of socioeconomic status.
